By accessing and using the Yatri Restro website or application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Yatri Restro acts as a platform connecting train travelers with restaurant partners. We facilitate the ordering and delivery of food to your seat/berth at designated railway stations. We are an aggregator and do not prepare the food ourselves.

3. Order Placement & Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, the user is responsible for providing accurate information:

• Valid 10-digit PNR (Passenger Name Record) number.
• Correct Train Name and Number.
• Accurate Coach and Seat/Berth number.
• Functioning mobile number for delivery coordination.

Yatri Restro will not be liable for non-delivery if the provided information is incorrect or incomplete.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are provided by our restaurant partners and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Delivery Execution

While we strive for punctual delivery, the service is dependent on train schedules. Our delivery partners will reach your seat at the specified station. In case of significant train delays, we will coordinate with the restaurant to adjust the delivery timing where possible.

6. Quality & Liability

The quality, quantity, and packaging of the food are the sole responsibility of the restaurant partner. Yatri Restro is not liable for any health issues or dissatisfaction arising from the food quality. However, we take feedback seriously and will mediate disputes where appropriate.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information on how to cancel an order and the eligibility criteria for refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, logos, designs, and images, is the property of Yatri Restro and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kharagpur, West Bengal.
