- Travel Information: 10-digit PNR (Passenger Name Record) number, Train name, Train number, scheduled Boarding date, Coach number, and Seat/Berth number.
- Contact Information: Full name, active mobile number, and email address.
- Order Details: Dietary configurations, items ordered, total billing, transaction preferences, and specialized meal delivery instructions.
- Device & Logistics Information: IP address, device identifier, web browser types, system cache data, and background network logs collected to optimize app/website operations.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used strictly to establish core service performance tracking and seamless delivery fulfillment channels:
- To perform automated dynamic tracking updates via your PNR number to sync food preparation with live train status timelines.
- To dispatch instant transactional messages, dynamic booking invoices, and delivery rider identification details via SMS and WhatsApp.
- To route payment confirmations securely through tokenized layers using certified, encrypted payment gateway handlers.
- To manage localized bulk food ordering arrangements for large travel parties, wedding groups, or corporate teams.
- To prevent platform exploitation, process cancellations, and organize prompt 100% refund sequences for eligible unfulfilled orders via YatriRestro's secure banking pipeline.
3. Disclosure and Sharing of Data
We do not rent, trade, or sell your personal information. To fulfill a live food order, specific functional variables are shared with third-party networks:
- FSSAI Restaurant Partners: Only order specifics, requested fulfillment stations, and coaching berth labels are sent to the localized preparing kitchen.
- Delivery Riders: Your contact phone numbers and coach/berth coordinates are shared with terminal delivery agents to finalize seat drop-offs.
- Payment Infrastructure: Basic billing tokens are routed into payment processors to support transactions across card networks, net banking protocols, or UPI systems under YatriRestro's gateway agreements.
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Data records may be shared if requested under legal jurisdiction, IRCTC audits, or official Indian Railways authority protocols.
4. Data Retention and Security
We utilize standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption architecture to safeguard electronic information transmissions. PNR details and travel tracks are systematically archived post-journey completion. While we take commercial steps to defend database environments, users recognize that cloud internet routing networks cannot be guaranteed as completely impenetrable.

Food On Track implements cookies and operational tracking tags to preserve user preferences (like your favorite stations or recent search parameters) and study web traffic behaviors.
